    Description

    These two pearl necklaces come out of the
    estate of two sisters from Hawaii.  They started collecting
    jewelry
    prior to world war two and their pieces ranged from Chinese to Japanese to Hawaiian as well as European.  Both strands are damaged.  There is an 18 inch strand that was hand knotted on fishing wire so it does not hang well and will need to be restrung.  It has a sterling silver hook clasp.
    The other strand was a short 14 inch strand of very nice white pearls with a 14k white gold fish hook clasp.  This strand dates from the 1940's.  It was hand knotted on silk string which broke.  Both strands are real cultured white pearls.
