Sodium picosulfate……….100 mg
Vehicle cbp…………….100 ml
ANARA® helps relieve acute or chronic constipation in patients of all ages.
Route of administration ORAL
Children from 4 to 12 years of age: 1/2 to
1 teaspoon (2.5 to 5 ml) every 24 hours in one shot.
Adults and children over 12 of age: 1 to 2 teaspoons (5 to 10 ml) every 24 hours in one shot.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
It is recommended to use ANARA® preferably at bedtime. If there is no defecation after 12 to 18 hours, the same dose can be taken again.
Keep the bottle tightly closed and at room temperature at no more than 30°C.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Consult your doctor regarding administration in these circumstances.
They are rare, but intestinal evacuation may occasionally be accompanied by discrete pain like cramps.
Contraindications
Do not administer to people allergic to sodium picosulfate, or in cases of severe abdominal pain or intestinal obstruction.
Do not administer to children under the age of 4.
