Looks great and works well
I almost didn't buy this based on what other reviewers said about it being cheap quality, but we liked the design so decided to give it a try. I didn't have any problems installing it, or using the screws that others said were cheap and broke. Perhaps knowing you need a properly sized hole for the screw, using the correctly sized screwdriver, and not trying to turn it really tight might be helpful. This is a small thin screw, and any small thin screw will not withstand a lot of torque. The unit itself is stylish, elegant, and def upgrades the front entry. I give this purchase good value with a word of caution to be gentle with the screws.

Looks great - installed easily
I had no problems installing the doorbell at all. It was installed on a stucco wall. I predrilled and put in some plastic anchors that were not included. The screws are small and I used a #1 phillips screwdriver. A #2 will strip the screws and is too big. Looks good and is just what I was looking for to cover where I hand a Ring Pro doorbell that I took off after it died.

Unexpected design, Weak screws
Purchased  (Craftmade PB3037-BB Designer Surface Mount Lighted Doorbell LED Push Button, Burnished Brass (5.25"H x 2.63"W): I was kind of surprised with the dome design which the ad photos did not illustrate in the photos, But found it acceptable. The screws that came with the button are of very soft metal and the slot on the heads were stripped even though the holes were in plastic anchors. I did get the screws in, but will not be able to be reused if adjustments are needed. Button light is a very nice warm color. Overall, I think it is somewhat overpriced, even if the neighbor gave it the name of "Ostentatious Button".
