Works perfectly and when I powered it up to test, Ring assigned a Ring Protect trial to it which tells me that it IS new. What I do not know is how long the trial lasts and if it will still be assigned to this device by the time it reaches your front door!

I ship using POLY SHIPPING BAGS which have been suitable with ALL transporter because I cannot get out of bed to search for boxes as one bogus buyer thinks handicapped people should do.
Comes with with a New 2nd Generation Installation Kit too. Everything shown is included however the Ring box is not assigned to this device so scanning the box will be of no us. You must scan the device itself as you normally would
