This is SUBURBAN model AP-445 angle plate that includes the yoke clamp, face clamp, and the side clamp. This angle plate has a built-in vee block, slots, and multiple holes with threads to hold workpieces in multiple positions. This will save you set up time by using one grinding accessory instead of multiple accessories for your job. It is flat/square/ parallel within 0.0002”.
Look at the photos provided, there are a few
dis-coloration spots and screws/bolts re-arrangements, etc. This is my personal plate that has been used a very limited number of times and has been sitting in an environmental control office.
