Vintage 1930's ERA Sharpshooter Bullseye Rubber Band BB Pistol...1st Model?

Up for auction is a Vintage 1930's ERA Sharpshooter Bullseye Rubber Band BB Pistol.  From what I can find from the patent dates (Feb26'27-Jan 12'26 with Other Pat. Pend line) and the Importe Des Etats Unis D'Amerique on the other side I believe that this is a 1st Model Sharpshooter edition made in 1936 or 1937...but not sure and hope those looking will know more.  This is in great condition considering its age and comes with yellow (ivory) plastic grips.  I think there may be some missing parts but not sure and again those looking will hopefully know more.  Regardless, this would be an excellent edition for any collector or enthusiast.  The pictures tell the story, what you see is what you get!
